Refund Policy

At Sunswift Vacation, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless booking and membership experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are applicable for bookings, services, and memberships.

General Refund Terms

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to bookings@sunswiftvacation.com.

  • Phone calls or verbal requests will not be considered valid.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method used.

  • All refunds are subject to applicable deductions, including service charges, administration fees, or charges for services already availed.

Holiday Bookings (Non-Membership)

  • Cancellation and refund terms for hotel or holiday package bookings vary depending on the type of package, season, and partner resort policies.

  • Specific cancellation charges will be displayed at the time of booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, processed and credited within 14–21 working days after approval.

Membership Refunds

  • Membership purchases may be cancelled within 7 days of signing the agreement, provided a written cancellation request is sent via email.

  • After 7 days, membership fees are non-refundable.

  • If cancellation is requested within the valid period:

    • An administration fee of ₹25,000/- will be deducted.

    • Charges for any services already used will also be deducted.

    • The balance will be refunded within 90 days, without interest.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • No-show or failure to check in.

  • Cancellations made after the stipulated period.

  • Promotional or discounted bookings marked as “non-refundable.”

  • Membership charges or AMC (Annual Management Charges) already paid and utilized.

Changes & Rescheduling

  • In some cases, instead of a refund, Sunswift Vacation may offer rescheduling or credit options for future bookings (subject to availability and discretion).

  • Credit validity and terms will be communicated at the time of approval.

Force Majeure

Sunswift Vacation is not responsible for refunds in cases of cancellation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
