It is understood that this agreement upon receipt of notice through email only (bookings@sunswiftvacation.com) of cancellation request (no phone calls will be considered, made to customer care or any employee of the company for cancellation) is cancellable within a period of 7 Days from the date of the signed agreement. Upon the receipt of any such notice after the stipulated time period, the company shall not be entitled to refund any money held by it. In case of cancellation is processed and refund is initiated (You will get confirmation through email), a fee of Rs.25000/- will be deducted as administration fee charges and the balance from the principal amount shall be paid to the purchaser without any interest within a period of 90 days from the date cancellation request. If any services availed by the clients, the charges will be added with the administration fee and after deduction of the same the client will get refund within the stipulated time period as mentioned above.
